Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

Hello If it suits you you can try going ahead with intermittent fasting it is supposed to be quite good is the minimum 12 hours to begin with and go up to 16 hours that’s going to help in reducing down your inches really fast along with that if you can pair it up with some exercise then it’s going to be great
