Q.

Hello moms, Could you please help me out with yoga exercises for the start? I'm planning to begin exercising postpartum/post-delivery. I had -Cesarean/ C-Section delivery and its been 4 months. Suggest me some yoga exercises for the start please. Also, suggest pranayama too. Thank you.

A. start surya namaskar. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
