what is the right time to start exercising and yoga after c-section.

A. preferably after 6 months you can start yoga exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. good evening I would not recommend you to start any form of exercise tell at least 8 to 10 months of the delivery after that if you are comfortable if you can start your exercises gradually
