#AskTheExpert I had c section 3 months back when can I start exercising. can yoga or zumba to reduce weight.

A. do exercises 6 months after cesarean sectionOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi after 6 months of delivery. till that you can go for walk daily. don't use vehicle for short distance. take food items like sprouts, fruits, green veggies etc more.
