When can i start exercising specially tummy exercises after normal delivery?

A. you can start exercise after six weeks ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
