hello mam, I have c section delivered 8 months ago, still my belly fat not reduced. what I'm talking precautions? please tell any suggestions.

Tell the timing of breastfeeding the child or actually supposed to eat well and feed well and that is why you gain a little more weight also and it is not true that you are going to lose on your weight after you deliver the time you can only lose on to your weight with a proper work out and dieting
