Hello Maam i have gained weight post delivery.stomach has come out and body feels weak and pains in legs ,back.

A. Dear Mom Try to consume home cooked healthy foods with lot of green vegetables & skim milk, boiled egg whites, paneer, pulses. Try to do yoga for good postures. Maintain back support while feeding the baby.
