hello maam i have 3 operation done for delivery recently i have a baby of 10 months my back pains alot and also i have gained weight is there any solution to this?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and vitamin d weekly for three months and maintain a good spine posture. walk for one hour daily. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake
