eat calcium rich food like ragi,nuts , Dairy products etc more.
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping .
don't sit or stand for long period.
try heating pad to get relief in pain.

to reduce weight :
please start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
till that , walk walk and walk
don't use vehicles for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
