Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction sdpecially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increasevd . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

You honestly telling you when you have a C-section surgery take a lot of time to read for you see your practically not recommended to go ahead with any kind of exercise before 8 to 9 months after delivery so you should wait for a little more time and once you are a physically fit your city is heal completely after that you can go ahead with any kind of exerciseWrite Your Answer Here
