hello dr, can i eat kaddu during 3 months pregnancy? becz my elders are not allowing me to eat kaddu ki kheer, they believe it will lead to miscarriage

A. if you are taking it regularly in your diet you can take a small quantity If in case your elders are avoiding as it has some hot properties so they are worried and asking you to avoid that
