my twins are 1.10yrs . I am allowing them self eating. they make mess and eat only 3 to 4 spoons . shall I make them eat again or wait for another 3 hrs to serve food

give finger foods for self eating , make them eat half food and then let them eat by self
gradually they will eat by self
