Hello Docter, its been 6 months now post delivery cesarean. I am totally thin and fit now except belly, how to reduce my belly ??

A. hi mom gradually start walking for 10 mins thrice a day have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits do 3 sets of suryanamskar then increase ome gradually as per your comfort untill 11 to 13 sets
