please do the following things:
Start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk it is good pelvic floor exercise.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid junk food items
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
