from when one can start yoga, exercise and stretching for belly fat after delivery?

A. after delivery 3 months rest is advisable after that you can start with Mile daily walking and exercising for few days and then move out for heavy workouts and other exercises

A. you must wait for at least 6 or 7 months after the delivery after that if you are comfortable you can start by doing light yoga everyday in the morning and then gradually you can try to increase exercise
