Hello Doctor I have my c section delivery now it's been 7 months can I start normal exercise yoga and Pranayama for my weight loss and belly fat

A. definitely you may start doing yoga n pranayam. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk n oily,sugary food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.
