You can have non veg food like chicken, fish, meat.
Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed.
Dates, raisins.
Have adequate fluid intake.
Prachi YadavMom of 4 children2 years agoA. Diet should be normal, you should include everything in the diet. Take more protein, take atleast 2-3 lts of water daily. Take warm water. avoid anything that cause bloating or any gastric issue that cause problem to baby. Avoid prepackaged foods or outside food. Eat fresh & healthy food.
