can we eat dried amla during pregnancy plzz suggest and also having pregnancy diabetes like normal sugar it's is ok tu eat ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes dried alla Or fresh alla can be taken in pregnancy. if u having gestational diabetes than it's preferable to visit a dietician for further evaluation and management.
