Can mangoes eaten during pregnancy

A. yes you can have all the things during pregnancy just that you should not take one item in more quantity and only have a very small quantity while eating so as to have less side effects

A. Absolutely you can have mangoes the during pregnancy or after delivery just make sure that you keep the mango into normal water for at least 3 to 4 hours before you consume them because mangoes have a lot of heat into it and that can create a problem for you by creating heat in the body so better avoided this way
