Hello ma’am Oh yes absolutely you can use it through the summers it’s one of the lightest oils that you can go for You can use it in winters also but I’m going to advisor to use it twice in a day at least once in the morning and once before you put your child to sleep because that way the child will be more relaxed and will sleep for a longer duration and in a sound sleep
