which oil should we use for baby massage in summers and winters... right now i am using coconut oil in summers... i used olive oil in winters... is it fine or i need to change? .. presently we do it daily... till which age we should continue daily baby massage

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. till your baby starts to walk independently you can continue giving a gentle massage because it don't muscles relax is your baby and helps in a better sleep and you can use coconut oil in summer or almond oil or sesame oil
