#can I do the exercises after c-section AskTheExpert

A. yes but not immediately after c section. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine.

A. hello if you have recovered completely and all fine then you can slowly start with excercise and is absolutely nothing to worry about and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you and do not strain too much
