Hello ma’am Yes you can have it no issues at all if it increases your breast feed then nothing like it and if it does not then I would just advise you to start giving formula feed to your child because no matter how many lactation tablets and powders you have it is of no use because I’ve never seen all of these things increasing your mother speed
