RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello maam You can take it for 2 to 3 months also if you want to even more depending upon how well it is helping you. If it is really helping you increase your lactation then you can continue having it and if at any point of time you feel it is not helping you you are just taking it for no reason then stop it and start giving formula feed to the child
