I am still breastfeeding my 18 month old have stopped taking shatavari Kalp since last six months is it fine or should I start taking it again and till how many years should one consume it.

A. even if it is Ayurvedic medication proper dose and duration is very important which an expert can guide you . so always take any medication under the prescription of doctor even if it is of Ayurveda
