Q.
How to increase my breast milk. I have tried everything shatavari, jeera, lactonic granules, lactare capsule but not huge difference I see. my baby demands more milk. please help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. latch your baby more to breast, increase skin to skin contact with ur baby Have fluids before and after breast feeding.
Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
