Q.
Am taking lactare (shatavari) lactation capsule for nearly 4 months. Will it affect my baby through my milk?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No it will not so don’t worry it can be taken to improve milk flow and if now if you have sufficient milk flow then you can stop for sometime
