steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.

You don’t have to steam the food when you do that you actually kill all the healthy nutrients into the fruit that you are using which is why it is never recommend it to stem the fruits but on the other hand vegetables should be steamed properly before giving to the childWrite Your Answer Here
