Fruit,vegetable puriees/mashes,cerelac,kichdi ,idly
malts ,porridges with ghee or unsalted butter.
Avoid sugar,salt,oil,honey in baby foods until one year.
Check every food item suitability before giving in regular diet.
Ashwini NMom of a 9 m old girl4 months agoA. 1.When baby completes 6 months,you can start solids,in the form fruit purees of Apple and banana,
2.Kichdi with rice and little dal ( 2 tablespoon rice,1 teaspoon of dal) add pinch of jeera,turmeric and pepper and use only ghee for Thadka , avoid spices, chillies,salt .
you can even add veggies like carrot and Spinach to it,after 2 to 3 whistles,mash them to a paste form,if it is hard,add little hot water to it,mix well and add ghee on it and feed them.
3.soak badam and cashew overnight,grind it to a paste,mix them breastmilk and feed them.
This dryfruits one you can weekly Twice.
4.Do breast feeding also.
