A. Namaste Mom, the child can now be given all family foods as such, so you can give them chilla or dosa made with gram flour , oats flour , ragi etc , also stuff paranthas , panner , sandwiches can be made with vegetables and panner can be used instead of processed cheese , eggs , porridges ,dals , legumes such as rajma , chana etc
