#asktheexperts Hello doctor. My son is one year old now. Can you suggest how to start oats. Can you suggest any recipe to start off. What type of oats is good for babies? Thanks.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, Oats are very good for health. Be it babies or adults. You can make Oats either in milk by just boiling the milk and then adding past as you require.
Also you can give Oats on the form of vegetables like carrot and beans mixed in it.
