eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food.
have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in weight loss.

please do the following things:
eat couple of bites less than usual.
eat low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
ragi is best for this
go for daily walk.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
