Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Do not crash diet, but eat healthy and balanced diet. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
