A. tummy fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Exercise every day. Brisk walking is the safest, abdominal strengthening exercise like pelvic tilts, crunches help to tone muscles. eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.
