#asktheexperts Dr I had my 2nd child normal delivery.. my tummy fat has not reduced.. I lost my weight but not able to reduce my tummy ..any advice or tips to reduce it

A. you can start some cardio workouts as well like running n skipping.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. Workout This is precisely the answer to your query that you are looking for because we can be reduced down but the body if you want you want to be back in shape you have to start working out rigorously and properly on to that area otherwise it gets very tough over the period
