See If you lose on your weight while best feeding naturally then that’s good otherwise as of now you should focus on eating good because you’re to feed your child anything that you do is going to affect your breast feeding specially in terms of dieting if you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with work out whatever you want to but if you had a C-section then you anyways we’ll have to wait up till the age of six months
