Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is 44 days old today. maximum time she has cold & nasal congestion at evening time. she is applying Cocos-Q coconut oil everyday and taking bath every alternative day. after bath only coconut oil message we do. so can we use this coconut oil or olive oil regularly for good health or Dabur lal ayurvedic tail good, please suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. as your baby has cough n cold use mustard oil.. instead of coconut oil..dabur lal oil is good after 4 to 5 month.. not now.
fir medication do consult paediatrician.
