A. eat low calorie diet. walk for half an hour daily. breastfeeding helps a lot to burn Extra calories soon. drink lots of lukewarm water. have green tea twice a day

A. Hi make sure you follow a good diet like have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice.
