A. Hi To lose weight, you need to be patient & make efforts consistently you can 1 include lot of vegetables, fruits, salads, nuts. dal, pulses, milk, low fat paneer, egg whites daily 2. Avoid junk, fried , sugary, sweet , bakery products 3 Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
