A. Hello mom you have to be a little patient and have lot of dedication , initially would suggest to start from 6 month onwards as per how well you recover as too much of strain would not be ideal enough . Also be Mindful of what you are consuming and avoid too much of sugary , refined and and processed foods , as too much of diet limitation could hamper you milk protein production
