A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Better to consult a nutritionist for a detailed diet plan to reduce the affects of pcos. Good luck and take care.
