shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom You can start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day and you should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan. You should also add jeera and a Java in your regular diet. It will also help in increasing breast milk. Still doesn’t get results. Then you should start giving formula milk.
