PYNBHALIN MAIROMMom of a 1 yr 7 m old girl1 Year agoA. hello Doctor,my daughter is now 1 month 4 days her sleeping pattern is changing everytime...during the day she sleep half an hour wakes up and after that if again I put her to sleep she will sleep another half an hour or an hour and wakes up again....but at night time she sleeps a lot around 7 hours...will it hamper her...since we are not feeding her in between this 7 hours...we used formula feeding only since breast milk is not sufficient....

Try to eat fish curry & tapioca, drink soaked fenugreek water ,drumstick leaves and vegetable soup ,garlic curry or garlic mixed milk, goat leg soup,can have sesame seeds,ripened papaya fruit & drink water before and after breastfeeding. Actually I tried these all, that worked out well.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Take help of lactation supplements eat proper food watching more nutritious and healthy to go ahead with that is what is going to help in increasing your lactation but definitely you should try taking lactation supplements for sure
