It’s too soon to start any kind of weight loss dieting as you are breastfeeding mom and you and your child need proper nutrition and also your body needs time to recover from all the losses and changes that happened during pregnancy and post delivery
For now have small and frequent meals
Reduce the intake of excess ghee ( 2tsp is enuf ) , white sugar ( take jaggery instead ) , fried food like namkeen and samosa, packaged foods
Take healthy fats from dry fruits,
Add more fresh fruits and vegetables
Water 10 to 15 glasses per day
Start with any diet post 6 months till then eat mindfully but nutritious food
