Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Do not starve yourself. Eat moderately and frequently. Avoid drinking aerated beverages. Eat meals that are rich in fibre. Eat healthy carbs which are known as complex carbs. Drink around 2-3 litres of water in a day. Eat almonds as they are rich in healthy fats. Incorporate foods that are rich in unsaturated or polyunsaturated fats as they keep our body healthy. Keep your meals small, frequent and packed with nutrition.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Start going for brisk walks for atleast 30-40 mins in a day. You can start with light exercises but only after consulting with your doctor. You can do heavy exercises only 6 months after your delivery. As you are a breastfeeding mother, it is better to focus on eating a healthy and well balanced diet. Eat more of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Sugary and deep fried foods must be restricted.
