A. hi yes it can. as it has been 3 months ,it is better to avoid any workout at least 6 months. to reduce your weight,eat couple of bites less than usual take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. avoid junk food items maintain good hygiene
