You need to follow a healthy diet with exercise for atleast 6 to 8 months to lose weight
1. Avoid sugar, sweets , junk foods , bakery foods , rice
2. Include lot of vegetables, protein rich foods, like dal, egg white, low fat milk , curd
3. Exercise daily
4. stay hydrated

please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery
walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
