As it is winter season mustard oil or seseme seed oil is best as these oils produce heat and resist against winter wind and gives moisture to skin. You can also use any baby oil for massaging Dabur Lal tel is best with its ayurvedic ingredients very light relaxing and strengthening muscles gives sound sleep.
