A. You Can you start working out after 2 to 3 months if you have had a normal delivery if you had a C-section then after six months you can start walking and Proper hard core exercise and go ahead after 8 to 9 months of time when you’re completely and also till the time you are breastfeeding the child don’t do hard core exercise As it me affect your breast feeding so do it after six months when you start with complimentary feeding for the child
