A. eat low calorie diet reduce your sugar and fat intake and walk for one hour daily. avoid sitting for prolonged hours. drink lukewarm water you can join yoga or gym classes

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please do some yoga and assan daily
